I'm Reading Again

I've began reading again, the problem is now that I'm retired from the Library, I do not have books at my fingertips all day long 5 days a week. Having to search the Library's catalog for favorite authors becomes a chore as I am busier now than I have ever been and having to use Goodreads to write & publish reviews (rather than Shelfari) makes reviewing a bit more difficult.

I started a new paranormal mystery series about a skeleton come to life and a Medieval Historical mystery series, The Hawkenlye Mysteries.

I am finishing the Railway Detective series as well as those by Dame Agatha Christie and Alan Bradley's Flavia de Luce (which I will most likely not continue). I have even given in and read two popular "literary fiction" titles: "The Language of Flowers" and "The Time Traveler's Wife", both of which I liked! Aside from reading, I am now volunteering @ Descanso Gardens as a School Tour Docent and Conductor for the train! I have my photography & other work in Spa Pura (Montrose), Buenaventura Art Association, Ventura County Arts Council, & Verdugo Hills Art Association... I tell you I am busy, busy, busy.... but it is time to get back to maintaining this blog & website. So, sit back and enjoy... the reviews are about to begin.
